Uchiha Sasuke and Uchiha Itachi

Uchiha Itachi  has a dispassionate appearance, rarely showing his emotions and even managing to keep his composure when surprised or irritated. However, he is consistently hostile towards his brother Sasuke, to the point of breaking Sasuke's wrist and ridiculing him for being weak on their first encounter after the destruction of the Uchiha village. Itachi’s mask proved to be nothing more than a facade, as he merely wished for Sasuke’s safety and used an evil persona to strengthen Sasuke’s resolution to kill him.

Tuxedo Mask

“Tuxedo Mask” is a disguise Chiba Mamoru created for himself in order to hunt for the Silver Crystal incognito. He later used this persona to assist the Sailor Senshi in battle. It was revealed in the series that he takes the place of Sailor Earth, the only male Senshi in the group.

As the story progressed, it was revealed that Syaoran was a clone of another teenager created by the sorcerer Fei-Wang Reed, in order to find Sakura’s feathers no matter what the cost. The original Syaoran  managed to place some of his “heart” within the clone’s right eye, which allowed him to develop a personality of his own. Two years after Cloud Strife was able to defeat Sephiroth, Cloud lived with Tifa Lockhart  in a city called Edge where they have been taking care of Barret Wallace’s daughter, Marlene, and an orphan named Denzel. A strange new disease called “Geostigma” threatened the lives of many citizens, including Cloud. He then journeys to meet the Turks, a group that performs operations with the megacorporation Shinra. It was later revealed that Jenova, the extraterrestrial life form whose cells were injected into Sephiroth, was connected to the cause of the Geostigma.

Tifa Lockhart

Tifa Lockhart’s character was developed to use the “Martial Artist” character class that appeared in previous games in the Final Fantasy series. Nomura Tetsuya described Tifa  to have several dimensions, calling her “like a mother, a sweetheart, and a close ally in battle” and “remarkably strong, not only emotionally, but physically as well”.

The Flower

The Flower card was first introduced in the 10th episode of Card Captor Sakura. It appeared during a sport’s day festival at Sakura’s school because it likes happy occasions. She then proceeded to make tons of flowers rain down and almost buried everyone in the school. When Sakura found her, she danced with her before allowing the new card captor to seal her away.

Asuka proves to be a child prodigy, earning her university degree while still in her teens and becoming fluent in spoken Japanese.

Shiina

Before joining the SSS, Shiina lived in the deepest underground level, a place not yet controlled by the guild. Yuri  and Noda refer to Shiina as the “underground” or the “final” boss, because their first meeting resulted in bloodshed. Shiina also attacked Oyama, Cha, and Hinata relentlessly and the group was only able to escape her wrath by returning to the Afterlife School where they regrouped and planned a counter-attack.

Sekine Shiori

The bassist of Girls Dead Monster, Sekine Shiori tends to abruptly improvise during performances, much to Hisako's chagrin. She likes playing pranks on people just to see the surprised looks on their faces. She plays a G&L L-2000 bass guitar.

Shiba Kukaku

It is only in the anime that Shiba Kukaku's missing right arm is replaced with a prosthetic piece. She has some kind of relationship with the Urahara Shop, knowing Shihoin Yoruichi and claiming to have worked with Urahara Kisuke  in the past. Kukaku is able to perform high level kido spells and carries a kodachi tied around the remaining portion of her right arm.

Sebastian Michaelis

The Phantomhive butler who prides himself in his ability to handle every impossible task, Sebastian Michaelis  has been known to use silverware as his weapon of choice in battle. It is said that Sasori left Sunagakure and joined the Akatsuki because he lacked the love only parents can give.

Samurai Champloo

When Fuu was still working as a waitress in a tea shop, she was harassed by a band of samurai and Mugen decides to step in to rid of the menace in exchange for food. He instead instigates a brawl, and Jin enters the tea shop amidst the fight. Mugen and Jin get so caught up in fighting each other that they didn’t notice a fire had broken out, fainting from smoke inhalation.

Unfortunately, they awake to find they are charged with the murder of the magistrate’s son who died in the fire, and are sentenced to be hanged. Fuu helps them escape and asks them to travel with her in search of her father, “the samurai who smells sunflowers”.

Revy

A Chinese-American born and raised near Mott Street in Chinatown, Manhattan, Revy  spent most of her youth as a thief and a murderer. Very little is revealed about her past, but some flashbacks show that she may have honed her skills with firearms by shooting at cans. They have also revealed that her first murder involves shooting an unknown man while using a pillow as a silencer.

Saber

Saber's full name is Arturia Pendragon, the daughter of British King Uther Pendragon and Igraine, a former Duchess of Cornwall. During her nativity, her father realized that his subjects would never accept a female as their legitimate ruler and thus decided not to publicly announce Arturia’s birth or gender. She was then entrusted by Merlin to a loyal knight, Sir Ector, who raised Arturia as a surrogate son.

Sailor Moon Sailor Jupiter

One of the most consistent characters in Sailor Moon, Sailor Jupiter  is depicted as simultaneously the most masculine and most feminine of the younger Senshi. She is tall, strong, and practices martial arts and other sports, but she is also an excellent cook and house-cleaner. As Makoto, she also joined cooking and gardening clubs in her high school.

Nnoitora Gilga

The Quinto Espada and representation of death’s aspect “despair”, Nnoitora Gilga was once the Octavo Espada when Neliel Tu Oderschvank  was the Tercera. The large eye-patch covers most of the left side of his face as well as the remnants of his Hollow mask and his Hollow hole. He has the self-proclaimed strongest hierro of any Espada, enabling him to block attacks, even from blade wielding opponents, by skin alone.

Panty Anarchy

Panty’s usual outfit consists of a short, sleeveless, red dress with matching red shoes. Her angel outfit, however, seems to be inspired from ancient Greek clothing, especially her golden-winged, Hermes-like high heels. Although Panty has worn several outfits in the series, most of them allow her to slide her panties off with ease.

Nagato Yuki

After the "camo cricket" incident, Kyon realized that Yuki plays a "behind the scenes" role, making her one of Haruhi's puppeteers whose goals are to ensure Haruhi is fully satisfied and to make sure that order and balance are maintained. Yuki joined the SOS Brigade to monitor Haruhi  and prevent her from feeling bored or disappointed because it is generally believed by the Data Overmind that such a drastic event could mean the end of the universe.

Minamoto Chizuru

Now this is interesting.

Not only is the uniform cute, but there is an additional cuteness of… cat ears or fox ears?

I’m tempted to say fox ears, because that symbol she’s making with her hand is a fox, right? And it looks like she has a tail too!

Minamino Shuichi

After being fatally wounded, Youko Kurama, the demon thief, was left no choice but to fuse with the unborn child of Minamino Shiori. He was born as Minamino Shuichi, a human who retains his demon powers and consciousness at a much lower level. Kurama  originally planned to return to his demon form after regenerating his powers, but a bond of love and loyalty forms between mother and son, one which Kurama could not bear to break. He then decided to stay with Shiori as her son.

Meiko

On the 24th of July 2003, a CCCD album “History of Logic System” was commercially released and it included a song using Japanese Vocaloids for the first time. The duet song of "Ano Subarashii Ai wo Mou Ichido (That Wonderful Love Once More)" was covered by a prototype of Meiko and Kaito before their release.

Makinami Mari Illustrious

Makinami Mari Illustrious’ designation amongst the Children has yet to be revealed, though she is once referred as “Problem Child”. In the preview of the 3rd Rebuild movie, Mari is seen taking off her glasses while in confinement. She is also shown having a private conversation with an unknown character.

Lelouch Lamperouge

Lelouch Lamperouge  possesses very strong philosophical beliefs that define his actions and motivations. He is against his father’s beliefs of social Darwinism, a term used for various late nineteenth century ideologies predicted on the idea of survival of the fittest. He believes that the world can live in cooperation rather than competition and conflict

Kusanagi Motoko

Kusanagi Motoko is a Major with a commanding presence when on assignment. Among the members of Section 9, she is usually the one Chief Aramaki Daisuke asks to accompany him on official and off the record business. Kusanagi underwent cyberization when she was very young and had trouble adapting to the use of her body, resulting to inadvertently breaking one of her favorite dolls. She wears a wrist watch as proof of her past.

Lambo

A cow suit-clad, 5-year-old assassin from Italy, Lambo is affiliated with the Bovino Familia. He has a huge afro with horns on his head in which he stores a variety of items in including snacks and weapons. Despite being a hitman, he lacks the emotional maturity and discipline that Reborn has and is also considered to be a conceited crybaby.

Kurosaki Ichigo

While training under Urahara Kisuke to become a Soul Reaper with his own powers, Kurosaki Ichigo  partially becomes a hollow, the same evil spirit that he is fighting to protect people from. This leaves him with an insane inner hollow spirit that tries to take control of his body to fight. Within his inner world, the hollow mirrors Ichigo’s appearance, usually with pale white skin and hair, revealing black eyes with golden pupils.

Kiryuu Ichiru

Zero's younger identical twin brother, Ichiru failed to become a Vampire Hunter due to his weak body and lack of hunter talents. He was believed to have been killed by the pure-blood vampire, Hio Shizuka, but he returned to Zero’s side 4 years later, revealing that he had willingly become Shizuka’s servant. She had given him her blood to cure his chronic illness in exchange for his loyalty, but she did not turn him into a vampire.

Kasane Teto

I have this nagging feeling that she may be another fanmade Vocaloid character like Yowane Haku, but I've gone through a couple of Vocaloid  fansites with no luck in finding out who she could be! I wish we could at least see what the number on her right arm is, then I’d have a better clue!

If I had to guess though, I’d think she’s probably another version of Miku or Meiko.

Kaname Madoka

A 14-year-old girl who comes from a loving family, Kaname Madoka's life changes when she encounters the Puella Magi, Akemi Homura, and the familiar Kyubey, who offers to transform her into a Puella Magi. She sees herself as someone who does not have any special qualities or talents, and after seeing Tomoe Mami  fight against witches, Madoka decided she wanted to be a Puella Magi as well. She is kind, gentle, and does not like to fight, wishing instead for everyone to get along.

Kamiya Kaoru and Takani Megumi

Kaoru first met Megumi when Kenshin and Sanosuke brought her home from the gambling house where they were playing dice. She was furious that Kenshin  brought a female stranger into her home and Megumi sensed that Kaoru was actually jealous. Megumi then plays the flirt and makes several advances towards Kenshin, which he handles nervously and refrains from submitting to. Megumi successfully makes Kaoru jealous at just about anything throughout the series.

Kagamine Rin

Kei, the illustrator for the Kagamine, was given the concept Crypton intended: their approximate ages, an image of mirror, and an image of androids. No other directions were given as Kei had already illustrated Miku before. Rin was the first one to be illustrated and Len was made to match her, just as Crypton instructed. Their legs were also designed to mimic speakers.

Kagamine Len and Rin

The Kagamine  were slow to gain popularity in the Japanese fandom after the backlash of their original voicebanks. Although they have the most songs combined, they are no where near as popular as their predecessor, Hatsune Miku. Kaito’s failure had, in part, pushed male Vocaloids in so little demand that Len was not used as much as Rin. They do, however, have a larger fan following than Miku, and Len’s fans are also labeled among the most scary Vocaloid fans on YouTube.

Hyuga Hinata

Inspired by Naruto's confidence and determination, Hinata's infatuation over him affects her training in a good way as she tries her best to win his attention by continually improving her skills and helping him out. While Hinata is hesitant to openly admit her feelings for him, almost everyone else knows about it. In Shippuden, she finally confesses her love to Naruto while protecting him from Pain, but there has been no follow up to her confession as of yet.

Hotarubi

Hotarubi embodies the concept of traditional Japanese beauty, with her dark, straight hair and petite, slender form. Although she shares her clan’s hatred for the Kouga, her primary concern is for her fiancĂ©, Yashamaru, another member of the Iga ten. Her devotion to him is so great that the mere suggestion that he’s come to harm is enough for her to react, ranging from an evil glare to feral rage.

Hirasawa Yui Habit

Yui  has a habit of naming and talking to inanimate objects as if they were people; a trend that gradually included her bandmates and their instruments. She has named her guitar as “Gita”, Mio’s Bass as “Elizabeth” without Mio’s permission which annoyed her at first. Later, Nakano Azusa caught on and considered naming her own guitar “Muttan”.

Heiwajima Shizuo

Quiet and nondescript when not angered, Heiwajima Shizuo  has a very short fuse and, although he claims to hate violence, has incredible strength when fighting. Despite his unrefined fighting skills with road signs, trash cans, and vending machines as his weapons of choice, he is considered to be the strongest fighter in the series. He is also capable of often superhuman parkour moves, a skill he obtained naturally from years of hunting down Orihara Izaya.

Hatsune Miku

Did you know that Hatsune Miku has made a guest appearance in an anime? Miku and other Vocaloids apparently appeared in episode 5 and 13 of “Sayonara, Zetsubou-Sensei” auditioning to dub Otonashi Meru’s voice.
